Dear users, please be informed of the need to familiarise yourselves with the following risks prior to commencing any actions associated with the provision of services by our company.
1. Virtual asset operations entail considerable risks that may affect your finances and rights.
2. In accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, virtual assets are neither monetary units (currency), nor a facility for making or receiving payments, nor a security, and are not backed by the government, any legal entities or commodities. Transacting in virtual assets can lead to complete loss of monies and other assets delivered or received in exchange for virtual assets. Losses can be incurred, inter alia, due to high volatility of virtual asset prices (rates), technical faults or errors, as well as illegal third-party actions (e.g., theft).
3. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the government does not guarantee preservation of value of virtual assets, takes no corrective actions to protect such value and does not reimburse for any losses incurred as a result of depreciation or loss of virtual assets.
4. Government authorities bear no liability for obligations of virtual asset service providers. Activities involving virtual assets can be affected by regulatory acts and/or other acts of government authorities, including restrictions and impediments with respect to the disposal and ownership of assets, and other consequences.
5. Force majeure circumstances (including natural disasters, military actions, strikes), any unforeseen, unavoidable situations, including those directly or indirectly related to third party influence (e.g. cyber attacks, security breaches, etc.) can cause losses.
6. There are risks associated with incorrect operation (including technical faults) of software, hardware, Internet connections used to service virtual asset operations, and risks caused by actions of any third parties.
This Risk Disclosure has been drawn up to ensure the protection of users’ rights in accordance with the requirements of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the purposes of familiarisation, assessment of one’s financial capacity, readiness to undertake the specified risks (without limitation to the text of this Risk Disclosure).
